NY Deli brings New York-style sandwiches, cheesecake and deli culture to the heart
of Amsterdam. The brief was to capture the energy of a classic NYC deli and make it
feel at home in one of Amsterdam's busiest squares.
The design plays on contrast: the confident, graphic Americanness of the NY Deli brand
is grounded by a fresh touch of Dutch tilework and bold local color. The result is a
space that feels both instantly familiar and distinctly Amsterdam — the curved black
glass frontage with the "I ❤️ NY Deli" neon sign gives the venue strong street presence
and makes it unmissable from across the square.
